Virginia is a dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) as a Paramedic, EMS/Fire ePCR Software Educator, and EMS Quality Assurance Specialist. Her expertise lies in developing impactful training programs for Fire/EMS departments, optimizing electronic patient care reporting (ePCR), and leveraging data-driven insights to improve first responder efficiency and patient outcomes. Through her work, she has empowered teams to make informed decisions, streamline operations, and elevate the standard of emergency care.

But Virginia’s mission extends beyond EMS. As the co-founder of the Kai Jeremiah Foundation, she has transformed personal loss into a powerful movement, advocating for neonatal care advancements and providing critical support to NICU families. Inspired by her son, Kai—a micro preemie—she is dedicated to research, innovation, and family-centered care, ensuring that no parent walks the NICU journey alone.

A passionate advocate for education, healthcare transformation, and community impact, Virginia continues to drive change at the intersection of EMS operations and health tech innovation.
